July 10, 2021 - Ensamblaje de Chardonnay y Pinot noir. Este cava muestra un perfil fresco, destacando el lado frutal, con fruta blanca, algún matiz cítrico y apuntes florales. Intensidad media y buena definición. En boca tiene buen ataque, el paso es cremoso con una burbuja muy fina, buena acidez, atractivos amargos y bastante longitud.
