Community Tasting Notes 1

January 28, 2022 - Medium plus ruby. Medium plus intensity nose with aromas of rose petal-lavender, bing cherry, strawberry, nutmeg, cinnamon.
Palate has medium intensity (I still have Covid palate ). Medium acidity , medium - tannin. Moderate alc. Finishes medium .

Overall this is quite elegant with a decent level of grip for a village level Burg. Bright, fresh, med term drinker. Follow this over the next 7 years .
