May 9, 2021 - Baroque, in a selosse kind of way. Full bodied, oxidative yet very cerebral. Would go well with foie gras or baked apples...

April 22, 2021 - Disgorged 19/11/2019, dosage 3.5g/L, limited 50 bottles released in the trio, case number 17/45. Best of the flight, also drinks the youngest. On the nose is a mix of Yakult and greek yoghurt, that's how fresh and creamy this is. High vintage acidity but not distractive, layers of complexities, superb mineral grip. Still so much room to develop, great. 95-96
