May 8, 2022 - Nose: Clay, earth, dusty cherries, grass, leather, farmyard, mushrooms.
Palate: Significant development over time. Initially drying with light general fruit and unintegrated acidity. Stemmy aftertaste. With time this changes to be much more balanced and round, with a strawberry fruit note. A fascinating journey from uninteresting to quite elegant. -
