Community Tasting Notes 2

December 8, 2013 - Deep gold. Cardboard nose. Premox i am afraid.

February 11, 2013 - Deep gold. The nose was a little muted and primary. Green apple, honey, peach and jasmine. Palate is an improvement. Rich and full. Additional notes of almond, marmalade, yellow apple, pear, apricot and summer flowers. Med+ length. Lovely acid backbone. Not sure I would keep for any longer.
