August 6, 2023 - This was amazing! Loved it. So much expression, mid palate exploded with flavors and a smooth finish.

July 10, 2023 - This is a pale translucent yellow. Aromas of hay, tropical fruits (pineapple, guava, passion fruit) and sea salts. Medium bodied carrying the fruits and salinity well with a lingering of the hay. Goes on for 30 seconds plus.

June 11, 2023 - This was served alongside the trout gulch from the same vintage. It didn't possess the edginess and crispness of the gulch. Lemon and some stone fruit but the body just didn't have the structure, don't get me wrong, it tastes delicious but it just wasn't out of the ballpark.

September 1, 2022 - Opened, poured into a decanter and then enjoyed. Grassl Cru glass. Tasted with food (Flannery ground beef burger, in case you were wondering). Saved half in a 375ml bottle to taste later.
    Straw color.
Nose of green apple and peach pit, hint of wet stones. Slight reductive note.
Fresh intro, green apple and lime peel/kaffir leaves.
Nice rich, somewhat-oily, mouthfeel that provides a nice contrast to the bright citrus and green apple notes. Touch of white flowers on the back end.
    Delicious.

Wax capsule; quality cork. Branded, no vineyard.
    12.4% abv.
