Community Tasting Notes 11

May 8, 2023 - An incredibly tannic palate belies the plush black fruit of the nose. Grilled beef and black fruit dominate the palate and finish, which is surprisingly short.

March 21, 2023 - Opulent, silky, creamy and fresh, the multiple-layers of blackberries, back plums and black cherries are surrounded by dark chocolate, licorice and spice. The wine is long, sensuous, richly textured and polished. The silky tannins and length are perfect for all of its supple fruits. Drink from 2024-2050.

March 6, 2023 - UGCB tasting Bordeaux 2020 Walkaround tasting so in general just short notes (Beurs van Berlage, Amsterdam.): Beautiful bouquet with red and dark berries and well dosed oak. On the palate full bodied and round with ripe mainly dark fruits, beautiful acidity and round tannin. A pleasant touch of sweetness and an enormous length. Really very beautiful wine. Wait at least until 2030 - 2032. 95+

Langer, frischer, rotfruchtiger Abgang. Charmant und mit positiver Opulenz. 2026-2045 (Verkostet am 8. November 2022 in Zürich) www.vvwine.ch

June 21, 2021 - Sehr reifer Duft mit Intensität. Eingekochte dunkle Waldbeeren. Orangenabrieb. Rauch. Zeder. Solide. 92-94
