  November 3, 2022 - Color: Medium yellow. Nose: It really smells like a volcano: Smoke and flint stone. Some fruit is oozing out of the cracks so-to-speak. Herbal notes, too. Mouth: Very interesting and off the beaten path. Very complex. Excellent expressiveness and extremely long. There is a cool chalkiness that I adore. Lively acidity but perfectly integrated. In the last part of the long finish there is the impression of a fruity sweetness but the wine is bone-dry. Floral aromas, too. It tastes like a meadow with all the herbs and flowers already slightly dry. Still young. It is getting even better while breathing. Sweet flowers and a freshness like from laundry in the sun. In the end of the finish I can taste a saltiness, now. A fruity taste like passion fruit.

  March 6, 2022 - Ashy Sauvignon Blanc would be the perfect description of this wine. Quite enjoyable like most whites from the Canaries.

  September 30, 2021 - My first ever taste of this varietal. Full bodied white with lots of acidity. Floral perfume on the nose. Mouthful of buttery pineapple with volcanic minearality.
