September 9, 2022 - Bright, redcurrant/crimson style in colour, Black Forest gateau (black cherry/chocolate) nose with fresh red fruit that you would expect from a GSM blend. Mouthfeel is solid, with the Shiraz powering through on the tannins and spicyness. 2019 ready now (2022) can’t see much more to come from cellaring. Good Sunday roast (lamb/beef) pairing.
