November 25, 2022 - 醒酒一个小时，淡到中宝石红偏紫色，闻香是水果糖，草莓和奶油气息，一款年份非常新的酒，入口酸度高，单宁特别细腻，几乎感觉不到，酒液甜美，水果糖，草莓，余味是悠长的红果气息。果味充沛，享乐主义风格，非常新派的做法，有热年份的甜美感觉，平衡感控制得不错，保持了优雅身段，余味特别精致。可惜年份太新，现在喝还有些杀幼，没法捕捉到更多元素，对我来说口感和香气稍微简单了一点。

December 4, 2021 - Tasted at Terroir Renaissance today. Darker than Gevrey Chambertin and really beautiful combo of dark and red fruits, toast and cloves. Lengthy finish.
