November 7, 2023 - Short note as this was very late into the evening... decanted for 2 hours. Initially felt low in acid, but with time in the decanter, the wine became more lively and fresh with the acidity showing nicely. Not cloying, and wonderfully balanced. This showing was a pleasant surprise.

June 12, 2023 - Beautiful nose of salted honey and petrol. Medium weight with a creamy texture. Excellently balanced long finish with impression of jarred peaches and cream.

June 8, 2023 - This is the best Prum wine I have ever had. Beautiful balance, with fully integrated acidity and a delicate sweetness that is not at all cloying. It seems to be at its peak, with no trace of oxidation, and an astonishing depth and complexity of flavor -- apricots and nuts and honey and apples.

February 17, 2023 - Served at a friend’s birthday dinner. Sensational showing. Great petrol and lemon nose, racy palate, sweet and fresh. Complex and long finish. Prüm Riesling at its best.
