January 11, 2022 - Pale yellow color with some green highlights.
Strong gooseberry, wet slate, cut grass, and some waxiness from the Semillon (around 20%).
Lemon sherbert, classic Sauv. Blanc, a little smokey, melon rinds, good acidity, a bit nutty on the finish.
Very good white Graves, good now but has the acidity to last for a while and become more rounded. Good value. -

September 5, 2021 - White Bordeaux with Cab Sauvignon as lead and with Semillion as secondary. Light lemon aromas on the nose with crisp taste on the palate. Nice smooth finish.
