February 4, 2022 - Has a kind of banana esther character that calms straight down with air. It is a relatively plump and generous version of aligoté, not broad and tiresome but certainly not linear. It is full with sappy orchard fruits. There's a hint of spice and some fruit rind and skin freshness to the finish. A nice drink.
