  December 16, 2021 - When this was first opened, it was a nice more or less typical Picpoul. Decent for the price. Some citrus, a bit of tart cherry, some clove. The bottle was vacuum sealed and opened the next day - it had turned into a Citrus bomb and nothing else - if you like that sort of thing great, I won’t be going here again. So many much better Picpoul out there, even in a box - try Petite Frog.

  October 23, 2021 - Deep gold color. Medium intense aromas of tart pear, bright lemon, salty ocean spray, and wet stones. Dry, medium high acidity, medium alcohol, medium light body, and medium finish. Flavors of unripe pear, Meyer lemons, mild salinity, green apple, and white flower blossoms.

  September 3, 2021 - Bright and crisp with lots of lemongrass, lime citrus. Tart acidity stands up well with sushi or fish. Clean finish with a mineral water/salinity mixed in.
