April 2, 2024 - Nose: Fresh blackberries, sweet cassis, sweet floral perfume. Palate: sweet dark cherries and barely ripe red plums; heavily polished tannins mixed with good acidity; bitter wood grain that add nice depth; some smokiness. On days two and three, it loses some of its body, but the fruit and structure hold well with the bitter wood grain persisting.

October 18, 2023 - Olive, horsehide, tar, currant, leather, and chestnut nose. Richly textured palate; full and dark with evolving fruit flavours; lengthy, tapenade on toast finish.

July 24, 2023 - Nose: Sweet cherries, soft oak, a bit of alcohol, slightly metallic and spicy.
Palate: Soft and dry entry, mid-palate has light dry fruit och noticeable alcohol. Drying on the aftertaste. Feels unintegrated at this stage, I would definitely recommend letting this rest. -

March 21, 2023 - Cedar, tobacco, spice, herbs and peppery, red currants combine on the nose and chewy palate. The palate, with its savory edge, tobacco and chewy fruit offers a lot of lift and vibrancy in the finish. Drink from 2025-2040.

March 6, 2023 - The 2020 vintage UGCB tasting in Amsterdam 03/06/2023 (Amsterdam): A slightly green impression (a hint of paprika) and that explains, for me, the bit severe character. There is, however, sufficient body to suggest a positive development. Give this wine some time.
