May 10, 2021 - Airoldi - Bordeaux En Primeur 2020 (Quay Restaurant, International Passenger Terminal, Sydney): Blackcurrant, savoury spice, a little cedar and graphite, slight alcohol pepperiness. Medium plus intensity acidity but lashings of tannins; a bit out of whack in fact, alcohol warmth. Hmm.
