April 21, 2023 - Really nice blend here at $20. Bright, lively and fruity with minerality. Some wood finish, but it has balanced nicely.

September 15, 2021 - A bit unexpected, I thought the Sauvignon Blanc would be more prominent in a Bordeaux, instead this tastes almost like a straight Semillon. Rich, buttery green apple and pear. Not quite off-dry, but not bone dry either. Best just slightly chilled 12-14C.
