March 4, 2024 - Aerated to wide bottom decanter for three hours. A wine of good structure, with a fairly restrained style. Ripe and tasty, this is likely a couple of years away from falling squarely into my wheelhouse. Dark red fruits, dry, medium>med+ body, balanced, developing. In its current form, it's easily recommended

July 15, 2023 - The nose is dominated by bright red cherries with some blueberry and violets, and the palate has the same. Following that initial berry burst are cedar, incense, loam, and supple leather. The finish is delightful and lingers long. All in all a great bottle with well articulated notes that can be picked out and is quite enjoyable as a harmonious whole.

March 28, 2023 - 45m air. Pale ruby color. Aromas of sour cherry, leather, tar, mushroom and tobacco. Intense sour cherry on the palate. Tight, with firm chalky tannins that could use a few years to resolve.
