  February 24, 2021 - We opened this bottle to celebrate my partner’s getting his first Covid vaccine shot. We plan to celebrate each vaccine we get, no matter how many that may be, so I’ll have to stock up on more bubbly. We like both this Blanc de Blancs from Trader Joe’s and we especially TJ’s Blanc de Noir. They definitely lift our spirits.

  July 4, 2020 - Delicious bubbly from Trader Joe's. Granted, we do not save bubbly for special occasions, so we don't mind drinking less-expensive brands. Nice tartness, with the characteristics of a Brut. We decided that this 2020 July 4th needed some bubbly to make up for no fireworks. Pear and citrus on the palate, along with aggressive bubbles. It paired well as a balance to rich Chipotle-Aioli Baked Salmon with a Riced Cauliflower-Quinoa-Vegetable Blend. Sparkling wine makes every meal better. :)
