October 8, 2023 - Litt lukket på duft. Rød frukt og eik i starten. Hint av røyk. Ellers gir den lite.på duft.
Gir mer på smak: Frisk anslag, balansert med rød frukt, syre, taniner, kirsebærstein. Litt lett, men fin lengde.
Trenger tid for å utvikle seg. -

April 7, 2023 - Complete Mess. Almost no nose, comparably dark in color and very high acid. Almost not drinkable. I will not get lucky with Grman red wins and loosing my faith in professional ratings. Fallstaff gave it 96pts.
Decanted for 1 hour then back in bottle and taken to the restaurant. I know, it might be too youg, but I am doubting that this will get better over time to become drinkable. -

July 9, 2022 - Tiefe, dunkle Kirschfrucht und trockene Erde. Herbe Kräuterwürze nach Wachholder.
/ Merkliches Holz, leicht adstringierend. Sehr schöne, reife Säure (mittel+), dazu im Mund erste Ausbau- und Reifenoten, etwa Kakaopulver.
/ Wer mehrere Flaschen hat: Jetzt die erste öffnen, ansonsten noch drei, vier Jahre warten. Profitiert von Luft, 30 Minuten reichen schon, um die Aromen noch besser zu integrieren.1 person found this helpful Comment
