February 8, 2024 - Beautiful Chianti sitting nicely in drinking window. Some balanced tannin, good fruit and long integrated finish. Opened up well through the evening. Are with roasted beef.

September 28, 2023 - Yum: dense and rich, with a plummy depth that's balanced with notes of dried herbs, rose and leather. Lovely presence and concentration on the palate, lots of tannin and acidity. Needs lots of time but you can see this developing into a rich, complex and refined wine with time.
