    November 6, 2021 - Red fruited, brambles and spices on the nose. Also maybe a bit of VA that grew on day 2, or at least it seemed more obvious for whatever reason. Alcohol also became more present on day 2. So, though giving the wine some air helped upon opening, I wouldn't keep it open too long. On the palate it's bright, red fruited, with hints of pepper, rather light. A good Pineau d'Aunis though not my favorite and a bit too natty for me.
