  March 18, 2024 - kind of flat and dull. Some strawberry tones but lacking in acidity. No flaws that I could tell, just wasn't very lively

  November 21, 2023 - A bloody nice Rosé. Up there amongst the best rosé I have had because it doesn't taste like a rosé but drinks more like a very light red wine. Raspberry, strawberry, rhubarb, and minerality.
  Had a bit of leftovers which I enjoyed 3 hours after opening and it was still full of life. Great wine.

Funk followed by strawberries, and a herbaceous nose. The palate is more strawberries, with a slight bitter note that reminded me a bit of Campari. Served slightly chilled with a slow roasted prime NY strip steak, foraged maitake mushrooms, and pepper and onions.
