October 25, 2023 - This is really a lovely white Bordeaux. Elegant and complex with a touch of wax in the texture and a wonderful mineral smokiness on the finish.

August 21, 2023 - Green apples, honeysuckle, pears, spice, and pomelo show in the nose. On the palate, the wine is sweet, creamy, and ready to go, leaving you with sweet, yellow citrus, pears, and a dab of marzipan in the finish. The wine is produced from 75% Semillon and 25% Sauvignon Blanc, 13.4% ABV, 3.28 pH. Drink from 2025-2032.

Im Gaumen schlank, frisch, gut strukturiert, die Säure wirkt lebhaft, stützt die reife Frucht, der Wein zeigt Rasse und Präzision, wirkt federleicht und sehr balanciert. Im Abgang mit spicy Würze und viel Salzigkeit, lang! (April/Mai 2021)

May 20, 2021 - Long, fresh, juicy and intense, the wine shows off its flowers, crushed rock, greenery, lemon peel, mango and green apple with ease. Creamy, oily and fresh, the finish keeps on going. 94
