March 1, 2024 - (100% Nebbiolo, 15% Alkohol). Helles Granatrot.

November 30, 2023 - I threw that in there last minute as I knew most of the folks at our lunch don’t drink a lot of Italian wines and the color would throw them off. Such a pale red it’s almost pink. Rosebud and tar on the nose. I know it’s easy to say I would have called Nebbiolo blind but it was rather present. The palate is okay with fine assertive tannins, balanced acidity and some delicate fruits and florals. The finish is a little short and mostly on the tannins. I would like to revisit this in 5 years.

December 4, 2022 - Nice showing after 20 minute decant. Ready to go, elegant low key barbaresco. Probably best over next few years

90 pts
