Community Tasting Notes 6

October 17, 2019 - Tuscan wines - dinner/tasting with fellow enthusiasts. (Maceda Restaurant - Varna): Fully matured, with very interesting nose of roasted pumpkin and pumpkin seeds, with coffee. Smooth with distinct presence, liked it better than my other bottle.
From this hot vintage - very good job. This showed totally different face from the other bottles on the table.

May 23, 2018 - Needed an hour of air to get rid of the funky nose. Medium bodied, easily approachable and with good balance, soft and delicate (in a good way) while solid. Very fine dark berries came upfront after sometime mixed nicely with the earthy tones that dominate in the begining. Lovely with food.

April 11, 2014 - Very elegant and very approachable. Cherry nose. Tobacco, dark berries on the palate. Tanins are smooth

September 14, 2010 - Dark red, very young color; layer and layer of red cherry nose, herbal; approachable but too young to display it potential; shall have cellaed it for another 3 years.

May 17, 2008 - Appearance : clear puplr in colour with amber in the rim
Nose : low-medium intensity of cherry
Palate: it is dry , medium bodied wine with low acidity & low tannin . It is elegant wine and there are plum , cherry , spicy on the palate but it is too close ; short-medium aftertaste . I want to see how it develop in future .
