November 9, 2022 - Getting a lot of citrus, lemon, lime, but a little too much zest. Some grassy undertones as well. Nice zippy acidity but a bit bitter on the finish. Not bad but just didn't come together for me and I didn't love it. Would make sense with oysters and kind of reminds me of Picpoul de Pinet.
