  August 2, 2017 - I found this languishing in my cellar and expected it to be way past prime. But after 15-20 minutes exposure to the air, it's absolutely lovely! I recently bought a bottle of 2013 Phantom that I thought I would drink fairly soon, but now I think I may need to wait a long time.
