May 24, 2022 - Tasted after 30 minutes of air. Tangy acidity. Some mineral and saline notes. Citrus fruits. Nice balance.

December 10, 2021 - Nose: The nose is beautifully balanced and elegant with Meyer lemons, navel oranges, kumquat, vanilla beans, warm oils, poached pears, Pithy notes, and nougat.
Taste: The feel is Medium bodied with crisp, medium+ acidity. The feel is balanced and fresh with meyer lemons, navel oranges, poached pears, vanilla beans, pithy notes, and nougat.
