Community Tasting Notes 4

December 29, 2023 - Pale ruby, fading to a light pink rim.

Big, intense aromas out of the glass. Stewed red cherry, ripe strawberry, stewed cranberry, potting soil and some black pepper. Just so fresh!

Mouthfeel is dry, medium bodied, with high acidity and medium tannin.

Flavors validate the nose, with ultra fresh red fruit : strawberry and cherry up front, with cranberry and pomegranate in the back. Finish is long and intense. Tastes like a cross between Pinot Noir, Grenache and Gamay, but it's actually cofermented Pinots: Noir, Meunier, and Gris

    Wonderful at Thanksgiving & Christmas

August 18, 2023 - Pale garnet. No fade. Fruity, minerals nose. Bright acidity. Watermelon Jolly Rancher, strawberry, bright acidity. A hint of herby rhubarb from the Pinot Meunier. Seriously delicious, and a testimony to a master winemaker’s touch and salute to cofermentation. Sourced from the winery.
