Community Tasting Notes 1

January 22, 2023 - Nose: honey, butter, ripe yellow apples, hazelnut. Tasting: long and succulent. Very soft and smooth. Linear and controlled acid - could have benefited from being a bit wilder. First yellow apples, then green apples transcending into finish of peach and citrus at last. Seamlessly going into buttery aftertaste. 90p
