    April 3, 2010 - Superb bottle.
Complex nose as it shows a nice mix of fruit and tertiary aromatics:cassis, blackberry, burlat cherry with violet, tobacco, earthy notes and a touch of chocolate. Hint of bell pepper.
Med body, balanced, med acidity, soft tannins. Round and silky texture with a med+ finish. Ripe and delicious.
    Very well done !

February 22, 2010 - Textbook CabernetFranc from a ripe year. Juicy, clean, already showing some complexity. Still young of course. Drink with some decanting or hold. Excellent and very good QPR.

    January 5, 2010 - Tasted Blind.
Barnyard on the nose, a touch of licorice (even though there's no oak), leather. Darker fruits on the palate than on the nose.
Not as good as the previous bottle.

September 24, 2009 - Better the second day. Some nice
Red fruits, spices, and herbs. Not incredibly concentrated, but nice.

July 28, 2009 - A quick note from memory - lovely, early approachable Chinon, though still a baby. Understated but pure dark fruit, herby-earthy funk with a distinct tobacco leaf note on this night. Needs food and rewards having it with a meal. Great QPR.
