  December 11, 2022 - - Red~little bit black fruits
  - black fruity might come from Oak aged + Alsace's shiny weather on daylight
  - Makes me confusing with "Chianti" first since it has smoky, smooth tannin and relatively high acidity
  - When sipping a little bit and keeping in mouth not swallowing, I realized it is more like Pinot-noir's character.
  - Quite rare and well made Pinot-noir. Recommend with light-seasoned grilled beef and mushroom.

  June 7, 2021 - Vins d'Alsace Digitasting; 6/7/2021-6/9/2021: 2015 Cuvée F Pinot Noir. Whoa. This will challenge your concept of Pinot Noir in general, rich but reserved, fruity but clearly acid driven, this might be the best Pinot I’ve had from Alsace.

  May 31, 2021 - Millésimes Alsace Digitasting; 5/28/2021-5/31/2021 (On-line): A bit of smoke on the nose with a lot more fruit in the taste than the nose could hint of. Nice drinking with a long spicy finish.
