May 13, 2023 - Good wine, not exceptional, but there’s a shocking level of acidity that is jarring considering where it comes from. I would give it at least 3-4 years but it could handle 10.

Not everybody likes though, it seems a bit like a yes or no wine, and nothing in between... I don' t know why really ...
Nose of lard, black olive, salty, tapenade, black fruits... spot and smoke !! love it
Palate is dense and fat, with sharp acidity, long, with the sky aftertaste, great wine !!!
again probably the best Languedoc so far, with the UFO Grange des Pères
