    September 23, 2022 - Pale lemon.
    Mineral, flint, citrus nose.
    High acidity.
    Floral, mineral, lime palate.
    12.5% abv.
    Very good wine.
I’m struggling with longevity, but the pundits say 2050……

June 9, 2022 - From 75cl screwcap. Supermodel-slender, brightly acidic, attenuated citric/pear entry; wonderfully pure mid-palate with zingy minerality; the finish is surprisingly long for such a thin wine, suggesting it might just gain some weight over the next 2-3 years. Such a refreshing palate cleanser accompanying Wiener Schnitzel in a restaurant in Hannover. (I rarely drink Riesling of this quality this young, but if you're going to commit infanticide, then an outstanding 2020 Ortswein like this seems an excellent place to start.) 90P

May 6, 2022 - Wine still very youthful. Tart green apple, peach, pear, white flowers soaked in honey. Searing acidity with residual sugar and long finish.
