December 9, 2023 - A fun bottle and a surprise on the upside. Showed it's age, and a bit muddled, but was nice with food.

February 9, 2023 - Zombie wines of North London (Terra Rossa): Fresh and minty on the nose, with some clove. Really pretty on the palate, some gamey notes and some pickle coming through, lifted and easy. Probably my favourite red tonight.

February 9, 2023 - Zombie Wines at Terra Rossa (Terra Rossa, Islington): Muddy medium red. More leathery than some other wines of a similar age, and an old-school claret dustiness. All bay leaf and olive. Another unbelievably old wine that lives on.

December 20, 2022 - Quite remarkable for its age. Little sediment. Double decanted. The nose had some dark cherries, barnyard and green pepper. Still quite fruity and with life left. Low alcohol, well integrated tannins and so smooth. Came across as so much younger than a 79. Shared with JY.
