  March 18, 2024 - Good crisp tart Sauvignon blanc. In addition to the Lyman Citrus flavors there is some tart apple which is a little bit unique. Outstanding qpr.

  March 4, 2024 - Even better than I remember from the last tasting and this time I'm doing my note while tasting the wine. A nice light to medium gold color. Explosive bouquet of citrus, smoke, lime. Concentrated with bracing, racy acidity. Good citrus, lime, Tangy tart Berry fruit. Long acidic finish. At 4 years young this is going strong and actually may age much further. Not that I think it necessarily will get better but it's nice to know that such he recently tries one that if you like it you don't have to rush to drink it. With the wineries case special is absolutely insane QPR. Well worth earning and they affordable week night drinker but good enough quality worthy of serving on Shabbos. Delicious.
  NOTE, had the rest of the bottle more than 24 hours later. Absolutely no change. Did not drop off at all. I may try an expirement with then next bottle and have a little every day to see how long before it falls off

  February 29, 2024 - Nice golden color. Smokey and citrus bouquet. Concentrated with good flavors and great balance and plenty of acidity that one likes to see in a Sauvignon Blanc. Slight smokiness to the flavors along with great acidity and citrus flavors. Outstanding qpr.
