  August 21, 2021 - Another bottle, generously brought by a friend.
  
  Nose is seashore, chalk, straw and cream. Maybe a hint of red berries. Very nice! On the palate slightly rounder with a touch of sweetness and a bit more fruit. This fades quickly, leavind lemon and chalk for the finish, which is quite long. Good wine, lacking a bit of staying power and substance on the mid palate but has enough for 4-5 years of cellaring from here out. Very good QPR.

  August 19, 2021 - Nose of bread, citrus apples and peach. Hints of light, red berries. On the palate good mousse, medium fine. High acids but also maybe a touch high dosage for me. More citrus and peach. Apples not as pronounced as on the nose. Finish is very dry with chalk and citrus. Medium lenght.
