April 14, 2023 - Opened up at the 2 hour mark. Polished, balanced, well integrated. Apricot, beeswax, white flowers, bright citrus acidity, minerals, and dry into a pretty lengthy finished. First pass at PYCM. Group commented on this benefitting from 2-3 years.

October 8, 2022 - A beautiful wine that punches well above its weight. Great texture with ample mouthfeel. Notable wood on the palate that is perfectly balanced and not overbearing. Bright acidity keeps things refreshing A long and direct finish that demands another glass. Excellent now and will be more enjoyable over the next 3-5 years.
