November 21, 2022 - Praelum - Guillaume Gonnet Sommelier's Tasting (Praelum Wine Bistro): Medium ruby, fairly thick legs. Aromas of coffee, cocoa, some red cherry, bit of hay and butterscotch. Some good structural balance of the fine tannins and bright acids, whilst with flavours of ripe red cherry, cinnamon, liquorice, coffee, bit of hawthorne and hay, bit of dried flowers, herbs, and a hint of cola. Medium length
