April 18, 2023 - Fun little dry Riesling from Dr. Burklin-Wolf's sites in Pfalz using some Premier Cru vineyards in Wachenheimer Altenburg as part of the blend. 100% organic Riesling bottled at 12% ABV.

Color is a nice medium lemon, nose has a medium intensity loaded with soft lemon rind, wet pebble stones, some wool, green apples and almost a touch of flint. Palate is medium intensity and medium bodied with high acidity and aromas of citrus peels, green apple and pear skins, fleshy white peach and a mix of stoney and flinty minerality. The finish is a tad short for my liking.

A pretty solid "crushable" dry German Riesling but not quite something I would age too long. More of a compliment for white meat dishes more then spicier food I find from the delicate profile.

February 1, 2023 - Really mineral, razor sharp acids and a light frame. Green plums, underripe lemon, A bit herbal with a light spicy note

January 25, 2023 - Clear bright yellow color, on the intense side of yellow.

Medium body, high acidity... but it feels much less sour because of the honey touch in the end.

Very nicely aromatic, a mixture of tree fruits, citrus, and petroleum.

Similarly on the palate: apple, apricot, pear, lemon, lime, honey, salt, petroleum.

Nice wine and quite enjoyable and easy to drink.

    Cheers🥂🥂🥂

Easy drinking Pfalz Riesling. Nicely balanced, but not with any particular energy or finesse.

October 9, 2022 - Светло-соломенный цвет. В аромате лимон, зелёное яблоко, абрикос, восковые и цветочные ноты, есть легкий бензинчик. Во вкусе лёгкое, кислотное, минеральное. 89/100
