August 30, 2021 - Very light yellow hue. Nose of slate, mineral, slight citrus, lemon/lime cream, terrific nose, salted popcorn. Taste slightly tart, dry, long finish, great balance, youthful, classical French chardonnay, very refined. Absolutely terrific juice!

August 28, 2021 - Really enjoyed this. Salted popcorn, light smoke, flint on the nose. Complex with balanced fruit, minerality and acid.
