October 2, 2022 - Medium yellow gold. Very tropical despite of the low alcohol (12.5% ABV): Kiwi, mango, young pineapple, stony minerality and a hint of smoke, with great, lively acidity and very good length of the lightly oak- and fruit-bitter finish. Lightly creamy texture. The oak is well integrated despite of the wine’s youth. Unfolds slowly as it breathes in a small decanter. Very young, and very promising. I recommend decanting for one hour for now. Should age well.
