October 6, 2022 - I enjoyed this quaffable wine !
Nose: notable minerality with Green Pear, kiwi, pure fruit and unripe tropical fruit despite being quite green… I also got white grapefruit! I perceived some floral white blossom and the green leaves as well like the whole Gardena plant.
Taste: Lots of white fleshed fruit such as lemon flesh, white grapfruit flesh (adding some phenolic bitterness), and sweet green pears flesh. The body is texturally very full with lots of minerality and acid to help finish the wine.
Overall: it’s young and taste young but is quaffable and delicious idk about being Hard and chewy though…..1 person found this helpful Comment -

April 28, 2022 - A little herbal, a little grapefruit, a little arugula, a lot of minerality and acidity. 13% ABV. A very good food wine. Typical for a good GV.
