March 29, 2023 - Slightly corked. It was hard to tell if it was just earthy/feral notes until another better bottle was opened.

March 13, 2023 - Opened in the bottle for a few hours. Open enough but still tannic. Ripe cherry, anise, and mineral. Up there with the best Rosso’s.
