January 13, 2024 - Something badly wrong with this bottle - most likely severe VA. Took courage to even take a sip, then straight down the sink. Provenance unknown so possible storage issue. Cork was fine. Shame.

January 24, 2022 - Deep red color. Aromas of blueberries, smoke, chocolate and oak spices. Ripe, full-bodied fruit in the mouth with very good depth and a long, sweet finish. Very suave and persistent on the palate. Still fresh but at end of its peak drinking period.
