October 28, 2006 - A medium gold in color and subdued nose of ripe stone fruit and a little mineral backing. Easy entry and a light grip of fruit that was almost overwhelmed by a rounded taste of oak...and a medium finish. Past its time but still showing strong hints of what it had...

March 3, 2005 - Sparkling, clear and golden with a somewhat subdued nose. Creamy, full body with vanilla and oak somewhat overshadowing the fruit. Bitter oaky finish. Perhaps this was better when it was younger and had more exuberent fruit? I suspect a lot of people would like this, but I prefer something better balanced with more acid and less oak.
