September 30, 2023 - Menu decant. Very very deep magenta color. Plum, blueberry, arugula, corn meal, juniper, and subtle pine needles. Dry palate. Firm, medium intensity tannins on the medium long finish.
This is more green/herbal than I like. Not sure where it will go from here. It’s Eisele’s second label. -

December 9, 2022 - Four hour slow ox. Very very deep magenta color. Cotton blossom, sweet tobacco, black cherry, Korean plum, clove, and baking spice on the nose. Smooth, dry palate, with good acidity. Firm, full tannins on the longish finish. Better than I expected, but needs a bit of time.

June 28, 2021 - Currently on sale at JJ Buckley. Just delivered and PnP'd, so any judgement offered is probably unfair, but extract/skin flavor/feel dominates at present and the center core of fruit expected just isn't there (yet). Hope for more in the future.
