March 10, 2014 - Again, an impressive wine. Blackfruits, herbs and mint on the nice nose. Great silky texture to this full bodied wine, with a real blast of blackfruits, chocolate, tar and herbs. Lots of intensity and concentration here, but not OTT. Nice long finish too, and well structured. Drinking really well now, but should last a while yet. Great QPR (A-).

April 26, 2012 - Hazy notes from 3 days ago. A wonderful nose of this wine with nice complexity of fruit and herbs. Medium-full bodied on the velvety palate , with good concentration and intensity. Lots of blackfruits with some leather and hints of chocolate and herbs. Still young on the palate, it should improve over the next few years. Solid QPR (A-).

June 7, 2011 - opulent nose of blackcurrants, mint, leather and spice, similar palate of medium plus intensity, well knit together, cocoa notes, good acidity, tamed tannins, very good
