  February 28, 2024 - Surprisingly tart and red fruited for a 2020. Maybe a touch of VA contributing to that tartness. If you like your burgs on the lean and slightly natural side this should fit the bill. Best on day 1 with a little chill.

  Saved 1/2 of this to see how it was on the second day and it was undrinkable with a terrible mousy back palate. I didn't keep it in the fridge, just on a counter. I didn't really notice that at all day one. So I guess I'd say you're better off just knocking off the whole bottle.
